The following business will be transacted at the meeting: 

1. Report of the Chapter Treasurer
2. Report of the Chapter President
3. Report of the Membership Committee
4. Report of the Program Committee
5. Report of the Nominations and Elections Committee
6. Old Business
7. New Business
8. Any other business that properly comes before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

The Chapter will conduct its Annual Meeting of the Members at 6 p.m.
