On March 25, 2022, the FBA Maryland Chapter will sponsor a program for attorneys who practice or intend to appear in United States District Court for the District of Maryland and/or for attorneys who want to be admitted to the Court. In light of ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and related restrictions this year’s program will be presented online via Zoom. RSVP to [email protected].

Attorneys who wish to be admitted to the U.S. District Court must apply for admission and pay the $200 admission fee electronically through the Court’s website. Applicants must have a sponsor complete and sign the sponsor portion of the application, but sponsors need not attend the CLE program or the ceremony. Admission applications for the March 25, 2022, ceremony must be filed online by March 11, 2022. Applicants will be directed to register to participate in the March 25th ceremony once their applications have been approved, and they must separately RSVP for the CLE program. The admissions ceremony will follow the CLE program and is scheduled for approximately 4:25 p.m. Approved applicants will receive a second and separate link via email for participation in the ceremony.
