The Federal Bar Association Maryland Chapter will host the 2026 Introduction to Federal Practice Program & Admission Ceremony on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., at the J. Frederick Motz Ceremonial Courtroom (1A) in the United States Courthouse in Baltimore. This in-person program is designed for practitioners appearing in Maryland’s Federal District Court and attorneys preparing for admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
